Shipping policy
All shipping will be provided via Australian Post.
Australia-wide shipping:
Orders under $150 will have a flat-rate of $15 AUD.
Orders over $150 AUD will be eligible for free shipping. Free shipping will be applied at checkout automatically.
We aim for your orders to leave us within 3-5 business days. You will receive a dispatch notification email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Refunds
If you are experiencing issues with the products you purchased from us (e.g. faulty product, broken or damaged product, incorrect product), please contact us with your order number and full name and we will do our best to correct everything.
Please note that everything is hand poured and due to using 100% soy wax some minor imperfections may occur. Please also understand frosting and wet spots are very natural effects in soy wax candles, and should not be considered as a reason for return or refund.
Please note that we do not offer 'Change of mind' return or refund.
